The Higher Yoga Teacher Training – RYS 300 is an advanced training program, well organized and structured. It offers a three-dimensional experience, new knowledge and tools that open the horizons for your future as a Yoga teacher.

This separate training offers you a holistic view of the practice of yoga by deepening the theoretical & practical level. It will help you improve your skills, acquire new ones and develop a richer practice.

At the same time, you have the opportunity to upgrade and shape your teaching in a unique, multifaceted, clear and effective way. One of its advantages is the flexibility in tracking mode. Your participation is a prerequisite for obtaining a diploma Basic Training RYS 200 recognised from Yoga Alliance (USA).

The 300-hour training program is the necessary step to deepen your Knowledge & Inspiration to bring Evolution to your personal practice as much as and at the level of your teaching. The program leads to the upgrade of the diploma to RYT 500.

Flexible Programme

The structure of our program consists of 18 seminars and allows you to integrate throughout the year. You start from any seminar and continue in your own time to attend the available seminars until its completion (280 hours).

Our teachers are distinguished for their many years of experience in teaching and deepening their subject area. They have the intention and ability to transfer knowledge, tools and techniques that advance the practice of yoga on a theoretical and experiential level.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM

 

Advanced Yoga Teacher Training – RYS 300 consists of a cycle of 18 Educationals Seminars accompanied by 18 theses in order to cultivate a broader knowledge and insight into the subject of Yoga.

The program includes 18 hours Observation & Mentoring, where you can pick one teacher as your mentor and you can have 8 hours being an Observer in the classes he teaches while guiding you into designing a seminar you have chosen together for 10 hours .

Overall the duration of Yoga Teacher Higher Education is 290 hours (contact hours) and approximately 50 hours for the 18 theses. One of the most important benefits of this training program is flexibility in the way you can follow it.

You can start with any seminar and continue to attend seminars in whatever order you want and at any time. It also makes it easier to pay for it, as it happens gradually in each seminar, until you complete the entire training cycle. The flexibility of yoga and the way we teach!

What are the prerequisites for participation?
In order to be able to attend the Training Program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • To hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from a recognised institution by major international organizations (such as the Yoga Alliance, IYTA, etc.)
  • Interview with Christos Harikopoulos, Lead trainer for Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
  • Completed application and candidate questionnaire
  • Sincere desire for Learning, Development and Adaptability
